TECHNICIAN LEVEL - (5 days) This is the most advanced phase of BICSI's Telecommunications Cabling Installation Training Program. Parts of the previous two levels are not covered in this program; however, you are expected to know them prior to entering this course. Previous Levels course completion is strongly recommended. This level is tailored to meet the needs of the leaders of projects, and is designed for the highly experienced Installer. At the completion of the course the students will be expected to correctly demonstrate their acquired skills through the BICSI generated hands-on exam, and a written exam. Course Materials: Students will be provided with course workbook, notepads, and highlighters. The BICSI Telecommunications Cabling Installation Manual will be available to sign out for study purposes. The manual will not be used in class, but is a recommended study tool for the written exam. The manual is also available to be purchased from BICSI at www.BICSI.org. Prerequisites: Five years or more of recent verifiable Telecommunications/low voltage cabling experience.
