PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE - (1 day) This one day class session provides installation personnel with an introduction to Project Management. It is designed to focus on the relationship between the Estimator and the Project Manager, analysis of contract documents, a review of various graphs available for project tracking and project quality control measures. Emphasis is placed on steps to control both labor and materials for on time budget project completion. It also covers change order processing and costing as well as final project inspection, documentation, and close out. Course Materials: Students will be provided with course workbook, notepads, and highlighters. Course Cost:$395.00 - Includes course materials and workbooks.
