INSTALLER LEVEL II - (5 DAYS) This course is designed for the experienced telecommunications installers who wish to expand their industry knowledge, learn new skills, and continue to grow professionally. It is tailored to meet the needs of cabling installers who want to stay abreast of the latest installation practices and standards. At the completion of the course the students will be expected to correctly demonstrate their acquired skills through the BICSI generated hands-on exam, and written exam. Course Materials: Students will be provided with course workbook, notepads, and highlighters. The BICSI Telecommunications Cabling Installation Manual will be available to sign out for study purposes. The manual will not be used in class, but is a recommended study tool for the written exam. The manual is also available to be purchased from BICSI at www.bicsi.org. Prerequisites: Two or more years of recent, verifiable telecommunications/low voltage cabling experience.
