Alex Merrifield, who has been ComNet's Chief Financial Officer for a number of years, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Alex's career with ComNet began in 1987, as an accountant. During his tenure with ComNet, Alex has fulfilled many roles outside the accounting area. His promotion is a result of his knowledge of the industry and his strong leadership skills. William Bielmyer, Sr. has had a long and distinguished career with ComNet, starting out as Chief Accountant of the Jacksonville, FL division in 1984 and working his way to his present position of Chief Operating Officer of ComNet twenty years later. Bill's superior management style and dedicated staff contributed immeasurably to ComNet's profitability in 2003, with record billings for each of the last three months of the year.

Norma Vaughn joined ComNet's former parent company, Comstock Group, Inc., in 1987 and was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 1993. Norma has extensive knowledge and experience in   hiring, training, career management, employee benefits, insurance and 401(k) plans.

Glenn Wagner came to ComNet in December, 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager, and in 2001 Glenn was promoted to Division Manager. His comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications project management, his dedication to the Company and his determination to bring projects in on time, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction, have all contributed to Glenn's promotion to Vice President of ComNet.
